Quickstart

This guide will help you set up Shipping Protection on your Shopify store with Shipcheck. If you haven't installed Shipcheck yet, please do so first. Let's get started.

Activate shipping protection

1. Open your Shopify admin and click on Apps, then select Shipcheck.

2. Click the Enable app embed button.

3. Make sure Shipping protection activated and then Click Save.

Set shipping protection pricing

1. Go to Settings, then select Shipping protection product.

2. Enter the price for shipping protection and click Save.

Cart price range "0-and above" means you'll charge the same price for shipping protection, no matter the order total.

You can also create "multiple tiers" with different price ranges (minimum and maximum order value) and set a different shipping protection price for each range. Learn more here.

Customize the widget

1. Go to Settings, then select Cart widget.

2. Customize the widget to match your store's design. Learn more here.

3. Once you're happy with the changes, click Save.

Test the widget

1. Visit your online store and add an item to your cart.

2. Select shipping protection in the cart widget.

3. Click on Checkout.

4. On the checkout page, you should see the shipping protection added to the order.
